About the Podcasters

Together, Kerry K. Fierke, Ed.D. and Gardner Lepp, Ph.D. have incorporated leadership in personal and professional development lessons in their organizations, classrooms, presentations, publications, consultations, and home life. Topics of the podcast center around "Becoming a Learning Leader" with tips and tricks to incorporate into everyday actions.

Kerry and Gardner met playing rugby at college in 1993, married in 1998, and moved to northern Minnesota in 2006. They completed Masters degrees in 2003, and Doctorates in 2009 and 2010. They enjoy exploring the woods with their three children.
